Here's a quick overlook of how things work:
First it needs sounds, animations, rigging, coding etc. Then it needs testing and made sure it's fault free. After that it's still not just "putting it out there". It doesn't just go out there on it's own, it will be in a content pack with other stuff as well. These other items would need to get the same treatment as the flak. When that's all done it's off to Tripwire for more thourough testing and then sent to Valve who will put it up for auto DL on Steam. All of this takes time (weeks/months).
Contact RustIronCrowe and take things from there. We have a whole team dedicated to the above tasks.

Excellent for holding off trucks, half-tracks and even armored cars (not to mention infantry).
Not to mention slapping it on a SdKfz 251---Also, a superb counter to the US .50 cal BMG which is over the horizon somewhere :mrgreen:
