It doesn't take much skills at all to do this in Photoshop. All you do is put on layer on top of the other and use an erase brush.

I do love this type of stuff though. I sit there for a while just in awe of the before and after.

The one with the KV driving under the arch is amazing, as is the first one.
Seeing before and after pictures is always interesting, especially some of the ones in france where the bullet impacts are still there.

The creator of these images has released a new set awhile ago focusing on France. Here is the set from Paris. Apparently he is working on another set for Normandy
