It could be a map we are working on, or a complete ruse. We like to keep you guys guessing:nod:

It looks very modern...and American.

I have never been to France, so I don't know the scenery there. All I can compare to is the English and German landscape. I am assuming this IS France due to it being relevant to the game for some reason, but it looks a lot like my South Dakota.

The section across the center left to right looks a little like Raids. One thing though, it seems your terrain is not quite aligned correctly with the map image - if you'll notice parts of the river / creek are running up hill.

Its a small village called Le Pont Roch which is some distance west of Caen, on the approach to Tilly-sur-Seulles.

Seems I may have to have sex with darkest nation while razor sprays us with whipped cream. But thats fine.

:target: How did you find it?
I even looked for Tilly and didn't find anything.
I still haven't found what happened there.
Looks like in 1944, it was a big farm.

I specialise in Geoinformation Systems and I'm moderately familiar with the area on the ground through time spent on Holiday and studying/working there.

Looking at the lie of the land it could be a nice Company sized Engagement to force the Little valley which provides a covered route to bring armour up in dead ground closer towards the low ground to the south. Pushing a Company or two of infantry up the valley would make sense. but that would be in the scope of the Initial advance in that area, rather than the later German Counter-attacks so I don't know much about it.

Seems I may have to have sex with darkest nation while razor sprays us with whipped cream. But thats fine.
